Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. Refunds for classes are only offered up to 14 days before your class begins. Alternatively, you can receive a 100% refund in Bien Hecho Academy store credit, which can be applied to a future class. No refunds will be offered for class withdrawals less than 14 days before your class begins. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

** If for some reason (Pandemic or shop related emergency) we need to postpone your purchased workshop before class takes place, we will gladly hold your space or offer a full amount voucher which can be redeemable at anytime. If there is a shutdown (city, pandemic etc…) after your class has started, we will resume and pick up from where we left off once it is safe for all of us to be back in the shop.
