This handcrafted ladder is the perfect apartment solution to keep your blankets and “not-ready-for-the-laundry” clothes organized off the floor and off your chair.
Build your own ladder over two class sessions while learning to use a dado stack on a table saw, Japanese handsaw, along with half-lap and dowel joinery. As a special feature of this class, students will have an option to incorporate one specialty rung made from: American Black Walnut, Purple Heart, Reclaimed Water Tower Cedar, OR Reclaimed Ipe from the Coney Island Boardwalk—adding a piece of NYC history to your home.
The other three rungs will be cherry or ash (or students can opt to have all four rungs be all cherry or all ash) and the rails will be ash.
Instructor
David Sokoler, Entrepreneur/Educator
David is a former late-night television producer turned entrepreneur, with a professional career centered on creativity and bringing ideas to life. During the pandemic, he attended The Vermont Woodworking School, where he honed his skills in the craftsmanship and design of fine furniture.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for some reason we need to postpone your purchased workshop before class takes place, we will gladly hold your space or offer a full amount voucher which can be redeemable at anytime. If there is a shutdown (city/state/world) after your class has started, we will resume and pick up from where we left off once it is safe for all of us to be back in the shop. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. Refunds for classes are only offered up to 14 days before your class begins. Alternatively, you can receive a 100% refund in Bien Hecho Academy store credit, which can be applied to a future class. No refunds will be offered for class withdrawals less than 14 days before your class begins. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
